I called the dept responsible for reserving company names as my first step and that was very helpful. I got some more clarification, which is always a good thing!
I also think I may have found a lawyer who I can trust and may be willing to help me without me having to take out a loan! I called and she was not available but I left a message and I am just sitting waiting for the return call...
so those are my first steps toward making my dream a reality!
my tentative plan with approx. dates (so I don't get too lazy again!)
1. have consultation with lawyer - 11/30
2. get company name reserved- 1/31
3. find an accountant/financial consultant-1/31
4. begin working on articles of incorporation/memorandum -2/21
