wedding planning

is no easy task! I think all of us can easily agree with this statement but the challenges of planning a wedding for someone who is not in the same geographical area are astronomical!
ok. so I'm a bit of a drama queen but I know one thing, this wedding is definitely keeping me busy!
so today I was all ready to go and pick out tuxes for the groomsmen but couldn't find the store!
I really just wanted to bang my head to the steering wheel but instead I did the responsible thing and called my brother (groom) to find out his plans for visiting. Luckily for me, he will be visiting at the end of the month so I have delegated the task of picking out GM tuxes to him and I will keep my fingers crossed that another 2 weeks doesn't make it officially too late to be reserving tuxes for a June wedding.
I have the official BM meeting tommorrow and I'm not looking forward to it...I know none of the ladies and I really don't know what to expect but there are 7 BM's and its sure to be
This is the source of my biggest anxiety right now...getting all these ladies to come to an agreement and getting their deposits in so the dressmaker (yes I said dressmaker) can begin. in all my 28 years on this earth, I don't think I have heard any positive stories about dressmakers and weddings but my FSIL is adamant about getting dresses custom-made so "her wish is my command".
Ya'll pray for me. I think this is the biggest outstanding task that I have for this wedding.
Checks so far:
Unknown/Outstanding:
am I missing anything???? HELP!!!!!
ok...off to get dressed. one of the perks of my husband's job are passes to various events held by his clients...so I'm going to see Kelly Clarkson tonight-FOR FREE!
I'm taking my big sis so I won't be alone since DH can't leave his vehicle.
